Loopy Studio Cookie Policy (United States)
Version 1, October 13, 2026
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to remember something from one page to the next. This policy lists the cookies and similar browser storage used by Loopy Studio (studio.withloopy.com), by the professionals’ pages (imoveis.withloopy.com) and by the Loopy Studio pages for the United States on withloopy.com (withloopy.com/en-us/): what each one does, how long it lasts and how to change your choice. The information they carry follows our Privacy Policy.
Operator: DFMENDES TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 66.624.968/0001-05, Av. Sete de Setembro, 2775, Rebouças, Curitiba, PR 80230-010, Brazil, privacidade@withloopy.com.
1. Categories
- Essential. Studio and the pages don’t work, or aren’t safe, without them. They don’t depend on your choice.
- Measurement. Count visits and show how the pages and Studio are used.
- Advertising. Show our ads to people who visited and tell us which ads bring customers.
2. How your choice works
In Studio:
- No measurement or advertising cookie is set, and no Meta pixel, Google Analytics or Google Ads tag loads, until you accept. The notice has Reject, Accept and Settings, where you choose by purpose.
- You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any Studio page.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, Studio treats it as Reject, even if you accepted before. The notice doesn’t open on its own, and while the signal is on, Cookie settings lets you only reject: to accept, turn the signal off in your browser.
- We record the choices that reach our server: a random code (also kept in the
loopy_consentcookie), the version and text of the notice, your choice, the language, and whether your browser sent Global Privacy Control. We don’t record your network address. We keep this record for 3 years. A rejection takes effect right away, even if its record doesn’t reach us; an acceptance takes effect only after we record it.
On withloopy.com:
- No measurement or advertising cookie is set until you accept. The notice lets you reject, accept or choose by purpose, and you can change your choice at any time from the link at the bottom of the page.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the site treats it as a rejection, even if you accepted before.
On the professionals’ pages (imoveis.withloopy.com) there are no measurement or advertising cookies, so there is no notice.
The choice you make on withloopy.com doesn’t carry over to Studio, or the other way around: each keeps its own. Your choice lasts 180 days; after that, or when the notice changes, we ask again. When you reject or withdraw a permission, we delete right away the measurement and advertising cookies we can reach, and the page reloads so the tools already running stop.
